Privacy

Short version: the tools on this site do their work inside your browser, so nothing you look up is sent anywhere and there is no record of it on our side to keep. The site does serve ads, and ads come with tracking. Both halves of that are spelled out below.

1. What we collect

There is no sign-up on this site, and we do not ask for or store names, email addresses or phone numbers. We keep no database of visitors. The following is nonetheless recorded automatically, by our host and by the advertising provider:

2. Cookies and third-party advertising

This site is funded by Google AdSense. Google and other third-party ad vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

3. Analytics

This site runs no analytics script. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon and no third-party tracker of our own on any page. What we look at instead is aggregate reporting that needs no extra code in your browser: request logs from our host Cloudflare, search performance in Google Search Console and Naver Search Advisor (both verified by a meta tag only), and revenue reporting in Google AdSense. None of that identifies you individually.

If we ever add a client-side analytics script, it will be named in this section before it ships.

4. Every host your browser contacts

The tools on this site do their sorting, searching and calculating inside your browser. Nothing you type into them — a player's name, a filter, a column you sorted by — is sent anywhere, because there is no server here that answers questions. A season of statistics arrives as an ordinary static file and everything after that happens on your own machine. As of August 2026 the tools themselves contact no external host at all. The requests below are the advertising on the page and the hosting underneath it, and they tell the other party your IP address and which page you are on.

HostWhat it is forWhat they can see
pagead2.googlesyndication.comGoogle AdSense — the advertising script itself. What Google AdSense normally sees: IP address, page address, and its own advertising cookies.
googleads.g.doubleclick.netGoogle AdSense — ad delivery.Same as above.
ep1.adtrafficquality.google, ep2.adtrafficquality.googleGoogle's invalid-traffic checks, called by the advertising script.Same as above.
www.google.comreCAPTCHA, loaded by the advertising script rather than by us.Same as above.
ginglet.io (Cloudflare)This site is served from Cloudflare, so every page request reaches Cloudflare as our host.Standard web server request logs: IP address, page address, browser and referrer.

Every row in that table is either advertising or the web host that serves the page. None of it is needed for a tool to work: with an ad blocker running, the statistics tables sort, filter and search exactly as they do without one, because the data they use came down with the page and never goes back.

5. Retention and sharing

We store no personal data of our own and we do not sell or hand access logs to anyone. Data collected for advertising purposes is handled under the policies of the provider concerned (Google), listed in section 4 above.

6. Your choices

You can refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser, and you can block every host in section 4 with an extension or a firewall. Nothing on this site stops working if you do. The tools need no host in that list; blocking all of them removes the ads and leaves the statistics tables working exactly as before. That is not a concession we are making — it is simply what is true when the work happens on your machine.

7. Copyright

The text, tools and source of this site belong to its author. Please do not republish them wholesale; quoting with a link back is welcome. The baseball statistics are third-party data used under its own licence, named and linked on every page that displays it.
